Default First DC Workout

I had my first DC workout today, I loved it. One of the hardest workouts ever. I did: Biceps, forearms, calves, hamstrings, and quads.Trying to do
those 20 rep squats killed me. I did 245lbs 14 times after doing 275lbs 5 times and my legs were dead. And on top of that the Quad stretch and Ham stretch just finished me off. After that workout I was so tired. Went home and ate a jumbo steak burger. Can't wait for the next workout.

I agree, they don't have to be done non-stop. You can pause, catch breath, and hack out the rest.

That's true. The mind plays a vital role in everything you do, specially in weight lifting

I think with legs you can always push out another rep when you think you're done, I think thats what he meant. Like they've always got some energy to spare.
