Currently chest I use 70lb db and it hurts reall good, tricep I use a 45lb db but I feel it in my elbow a bit and back I add a 45lb weight to my belt but I have a hard time hanging on over 20+ seconds without dropping down and breathing and going again.

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | I used (when I did them, probably should do them again come to think of it) 50% of what I used for my working sets for it. Example : I can do flys w/ 50lbs, so I used 20's or 25's for the chest stretch, and I can behind the neck tricep extension 60's so I used 25's or 30's and I used straps for hanging for my back w/ a 45.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 38 | Thanks Romanz Chest - I am handling the 70lb db fine but do you think I could get a pec tear? I am a freak and like the pain I just want to make sure I am not doing more damage than good. Tri's - I am afraid that under 45 may not be enough. Back - I use straps on the back stretch but I look still cant old it. My hand become numb and my wrists get chaffed.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 207 | I always used about the same weight for triceps as I would for my working sets. Same went for chest. Adding weight for the back stretches hurt the hell out of my shoulders so I stopped doing that.
