Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | This is a very nice thread. Alot of people don't realize how important stretching is. Personally, when I started stretching more I could notice more size coming onto my body. Helps release the cortisol build-up in your muscles.....:nosthumbs |

So should you do them after you're done a certain bodypart or after each set for bodypart (EG: Say I do 3 sets of bench followed by 3 sets of incline DB bench. Would I go; BP- set (stretch) set (stretch) set (stretch) Incline- set (stretch) set (stretch) set (stretch); or just BP- set set set Incline- set set set (stretch) And would you take a break after the stretch or just go on? | |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | You should experiment with the weights used and start light and work your way up. Many people describe these stretches as excruciating. So if you feel like you're going to die, you're probably doing them right. Just be careful!
