This is a very nice thread. Alot of people don't realize how important stretching is. Personally, when I started stretching more I could notice more size coming onto my body. Helps release the cortisol build-up in your muscles.....:nosthumbs

Yes, and IMO they should be.

It's unbelievable how they've affected my quads.

So should you do them after you're done a certain bodypart or after each set for bodypart

(EG: Say I do 3 sets of bench followed by 3 sets of incline DB bench. Would I go; BP- set (stretch) set (stretch) set (stretch) Incline- set (stretch) set (stretch) set (stretch); or just BP- set set set Incline- set set set (stretch)

And would you take a break after the stretch or just go on?

You should experiment with the weights used and start light and work your way up. Many people describe these stretches as excruciating. So if you feel like you're going to die, you're probably doing them right. Just be careful!

i've looked at this thread before, but i've been reading alot about stretching lately. lakevillethor's thread on bb.com got me thinking, then i read about it somewhere else. so, i was thinking of adding stretches to my training and remembered this thread.

anyway- just wanted to say thanks for posting these pics!:nosthumbs
