Default Doggcrapp training and protein.

Here are some quotes from Dante on his training methods, and amount of protein intake

1 gram of protein per lb = 1 gallon of water a day at least
1.5 grams of protein per lb= 1.5 gallons of water a day at least
2 grams of protein per lb=2 gallons of water a day at least

THERE IS NO EXCEPTIONS TO THAT RULE--NONE--i dont care how you do it-GET IT DONE-its the rule.

Can you guys see where I can get a lil bit frustrated with this stuff? There was a guy last month that was 160lbs that wanted to take in 600 grams of protein and this guy is 180 and wants to do the same. So what happens when these two guys start urinating foamy frothy urine and a potential glomerular problem is starting? Who do you think name will come up in that conversation? If your going to take a mans opinions and apply them then apply them properly, dont multiply it by 3 or 4 on your own valition and tell everyone your DC'in it.

Alot of the mistakes Ive made over the years is I assume everyone reading me is an advanced bodybuilder well over 200lbers who has been lifting for 5 plus years. When i started writing CFP I was pertaining my thoughts at that time as it relayed to superheavies and it came back and hit me in the ass.
Again I never thought my posts on a thread would come back and be talked about so much and at the time i was talking to some members on that board who were very advanced guys who I felt were abusing themselves.
As Ive gotten more and more into this I realize Ive been irresponsible in writing for the masses. Its very hard to think about the varied people that are reading my posts. I see most people post "Im 5'9" and 260lbs and...." and I start assuming everyone reading the board is probably like that and pretty advanced. ITS A BAD ASSUMPTION ON MY PART.
How do I approach all this? Write something but keep it in the guidelines of the meekest newbie? Or write something in the guidelines of what I think a highly advanced 8 year training bodybuilder would do? When i see this guy above and that kid last week talking about taking in 600 grams of protein-Im seeing a monster Ive created here. And its my fault---when im stating 400-500 grams of protein I usually assume the guy Im talking to is this big ****er 245-300lbs jacked. And then im seeing kids a buck 60 on bb.com talking about "dc'in it" and taking in 500 grams of protein. NO THATS NOT FOR YOU! So I dont know how to write some of this stuff anymore because I think Im talking to someone who is on a pretty high level bbing wise and it turns out its some skinny 18 year old kid just starting out "who wants to be big so darn bad"
I dont want 160lb kids taking in 500 grams of protein. You know why? A)its too much B)they will never care about the hydration neccessary for that kind of protein intake. i kind of see a huge problem here.
160 lbs =320 grams of protein (at the very highest I would say 400)

I keep seeing this over time--I recommend something and people get compulsive obsessive about it--I once told people to use olive oil at the most 1-3 tablespoons a shake to add calories when they couldnt eat enough and I saw one guy who took that advice and starts taking 8-10 tablespoons each shake 3-4 times a day. 500 grams of protein is for guys that are 220plus lbs. This kid is 160 lbs! The dehydration factor of a 160lb kid taking in 600 grams of protein is going to be immense. And I dont want to speculate what his blood tests results (urea, bun, creatinine etc etc etc) are going to come out at 3 weeks down the road when the shock to his body is going to enormous and give skewered results--because you know what happens? And Ive seen this before. "Well I was following what DC recommends" ---there is a post over at steroidology of some kid and he implicates my name specifically in the post saying he had medical problems with high protein (he had an underlying kidney condition)-so someone needs to be blamed. No your underlying kidney problem was the problem, not my opinion. And when I say 2 grams per lbs of bodyweight I mean 2 grams per lb of bodyweight--and if your enhanced then you can go a little bit higher---but this kid is going 4 grams per lb of bodyweight because he so badly wants to be big. Im putting it right here--I DONT AGREE WITH IT AND ITS OF YOUR OWN VALITION THEN.

This has helped out a ton. I think I'm gonna go for 1.5 g/lb. Thanks.
