Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | holy crap guys, take it easy on this thing. I see there is a little confusion on its layout. Just because there is five sets in the template does not mean you do five sets. They are just place holders for your numbers. You can use them to log your warm up sets or leave them blanks, It is generic enough so that you can customize it to fit your needs. And the exercises are NOT listed in the order you are supposed to do them. again, generic, I used the five set place holder for my rest pause. writing down how much weight i did between each rest, so the "set" is really the "pause" in case I went heavier. This thing was never meant to be a mirror copy on a perfect dc training cycle, just a little spreadsheet to help people chart their progress. so next time your little 16 year old azz spouts off things about people not knowing anything, how bout you take a closer look or ask questions. |
