Yeah whoever made that knows nothing. You dont do a widowmaker of squats as your third exercise. How would you get through the rest of the workout? I modified it so its good now.

I usually do squats last in a workout. That is, if I'm doing squats that day.

It can list sets 1-5 aswell. Some might consider those warmup sets and list set 5 as their "working set".

I haven't seen this, someone drop it my way.

anti, real quick, are the 5 sets listed there for the warm-ups then the work set??

Also, is the proper order the one I read on the forums or the one that is listed on the template

show me the bodypart split your looking at doing and ill make sure they are in the right order...

I thought it would be
