DC results

If this is in the wrong forum, please move it mods. I'm still getting used to the format of this site.

For anyone doing DC, please post your age, results, how long you've been following DC, and how long you've been weightlifting. I just started DC about a month ago, I'm 30 years old, and I have been lifting weights since I was 13. I just want to see what kind of results you guys have gotten.

I started working under Dante and after he "fixed" my eating I went from 185-225 so that's 40 lbs.
