Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | I'm still in the dark about this whole DC thing. I read the stickies and such... It never quite explained if it was ideal for bulking? Is it? I'm small, and I need to get bigger. I'm curious if this is the right program for me. Is there a clean-cut manual on how to do this? It seems kinda vague, everything seems kinda vague. How exactly do you set up your own DC program? Arg! |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | I am surprised that you find the information available vague. There is a lot of info out there. If you take a look at the stickies right here on this forum you will find many of the answers to your questions. Take a look at the DC Training Manual for starters. In that post it explains how to set up your own program. Yes, DC training is designed to put the most size on the trainee in the fastest time possible. It aint no male model workout, dont worry. After you have read through the information if you have specific questions feel free to ask them. But we cant explain the entire program in detail. Thats already in the stickies, just check it out. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | Ya know, I completely missed the "Pennies" sticky article on this forum. I read a lot of Dog's posts on intensemuscle.com and read every other stick on this forum Not sure how I missed it.Anyways, background on me...No, I'm not a new lifter. I'm just one of those that Dante refers to as one of those guys that over analyzed everything, switching programs a lot, instead of just sticking to one. I also fell into the whole bulk/cutting trap. I have put on some mass, yes. I have been lifting for over a year, I know a lot about nutrition, and I read ALOT about bodybuilding. I know this program is for me now. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | I started with DC at 180lbs and smooth as a bar of soap. Over the next 18 months I went up to 224 leaner than I was at 180. Not ripped and I dont want to mislead anyone. But I was lean-er at 224 than 180. And Im only 5'5" and no spring chicken so take that into account. Most people have gained more than me though. It is very, very difficult for me to put on muscular bodyweight and I was not gifted with natural strength. This is the only program that got me past 200lbs and to the point where no one asks me "Do you work out?" Its pretty goddamn obvious at this point. I'll tell ya training for years and having people ask you if you work out really sucks. On my next full throttle blast Im going past 230. Come hell or high water. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | It's not really a cult. Just a bunch of meatheads who share common goals and utilize the same training system. BTW we're all committing suicide next Halloween. You in? |
