Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | I found out I can revcover a little faster than the regular plan. Since I work by myself I dont to the static/negatives. I gave myself a full 1 min rest after 1set to failure, 1 rest pause. (1st set Failure, 1min rest 2nd set failure ,RP) What was weird for me to get used to is changing the bar speed. Playing ball I needed to be fast and explosive, Size was not the main focus. I found that with slower eccentric size came faster but the weights didnt increase as fast.
