Default DC extreme stretching

Although at the moment Im not doing a DC routine i do follow many of its ideologies, and have started to include DC extreme stretching in my routine. Are they normaly performed after each exersize, can they be performed all at the end of the workout, and will this make any difference? thanks and sory for being such a nüb :o

You are suppose to do them after each bodypart. For example, after you work chest, do the chest stretch.

Well some and some not, you do biceps - forearms / stretch. Not bi/stretch forearm.

For chest ... well, more complicated I think.

Chest
Shoulders

Now, if you do a flat dumbell flye, you feel this in your shoulders quite a bit. So I do chest, then shoulders, stretch chest and shoulders than proceed into my negative work. All in the game and what's comfortable.

I don't do all of the stretches like DC says so. I really dont feel it too much when I do it the way it's directed. I have my own shoulder stretch, and I do my own forearm stretch too. I don't do the quad stretch like he suggests either. I don't feel it enough that way.

Extreme stretching is great, but don't get the idea that the idea was started by DC. That is one principle that he incorporated into his program, but extreme stretching has been around for quite a while.
