| Nublarsaurusrex | Although at the moment Im not doing a DC routine i do follow many of its ideologies, and have started to include DC extreme stretching in my routine. Are they normaly performed after each exersize, can they be performed all at the end of the workout, and will this make any difference? thanks and sory for being such a nüb :o |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | You are suppose to do them after each bodypart. For example, after you work chest, do the chest stretch. |

| Soldier In Progress | Well some and some not, you do biceps - forearms / stretch. Not bi/stretch forearm. For chest ... well, more complicated I think. Chest Shoulders Now, if you do a flat dumbell flye, you feel this in your shoulders quite a bit. So I do chest, then shoulders, stretch chest and shoulders than proceed into my negative work. All in the game and what's comfortable.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | I don't do all of the stretches like DC says so. I really dont feel it too much when I do it the way it's directed. I have my own shoulder stretch, and I do my own forearm stretch too. I don't do the quad stretch like he suggests either. I don't feel it enough that way. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 62 | Extreme stretching is great, but don't get the idea that the idea was started by DC. That is one principle that he incorporated into his program, but extreme stretching has been around for quite a while. |
