Default DC Diet

Alright I have recently become a DC convert and had a diet related question. Finding a single source of info on DC is a pain in the ass btw. So only thing that I have heard was after dinner cut out carbs. Is there anything else that is recommended. Currently bulking @ 4500 cals with 45/35/25 (p/c/f) macros.
Thanks

4500? Holy hell thats a lot of food. You must have the metabolism of a hummingbird if that much food doesn't make you blow up.

Thats the point Honestly thats pretty much what it takes to get me growing. It definately isnt a fat free bulk but I am not to worried about it. I tend to cut pretty easy.

DC doesn't provide a cookie cutter diet for anyone. The main points are to have your protein intake 2g/lb of BW, utilize a carb cut-off (it depends on your metabolism and when you go to bed), and to not count calories. If you already haven't you should read up on Intensemuscle.com since that is where a lot of the DC info is posted.
