Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 38 | Alright I have recently become a DC convert and had a diet related question. Finding a single source of info on DC is a pain in the ass btw. So only thing that I have heard was after dinner cut out carbs. Is there anything else that is recommended. Currently bulking @ 4500 cals with 45/35/25 (p/c/f) macros. Thanks
