Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | i know ill get flamed for this or something, but ive been doing that DC routine from that guy who i saw a 11 page post or something, its: A: chest shoulders triceps back width back thickness B: quads hams --i feel weird saying that calves biceps forearms ive been getting good results, just need to eat more than i am now, which is4000 calories...gained 50lbs on my leg press and an extra rep when it came around again..ive noticed my biceps never really seem fully healed, and dont want to grow, or get stronger, and since there being used 3x a week, it makes sense. i do a RP set for biceps too, and im wondering if i should change it or something..my big muscles are getting alot stronger though.

| Pro Stature | The reason quads are last is b/c after them you shouldn't be able (or wanting) to lift any more weight. Your body will be so taxed that you won't be efficient on your other bodyparts. Biceps, on the other hand, don't stress your whole body and allow you to work other muscles after them.
