Default Current Lifts and Differences

I am going to start posting in this forum more, as I want to see it liven up.

In this thread I will post my current lifts and how much they have improved since I switched to a low volume routine that focuses on strength.

Bench: No idea, but not much of a gain. I couldn't bench for a long time due to a broken wrist that still bothers me.

Squat: My old sets were done with 185 around 6 months ago, and now I'm at 270.

Dead: 6 months ago I had trouble hitting 225 for 3-4 reps. My current 4 repper is 350.

One thing I don't like is that my ability to do pull-ups and chin-ups has diminished. I used to rep those out like crazy, but now I find it difficult to get more than 8-10.

my pullups have greatly diminished also, but i believe that was due to my gaining so much weight, during precontest i can really rep em out! my biggest surprise was my bench press during DC training but it could have been just me not doing bench anymore causing my strenght gains, but i didn't know what to put on the bench my first time out so i just put on 315 and i knocked out 14 reps before my two rest pause sets, well before i tore my rotator cuff i was getting (trying) 355 and i got on the 14th rep and bam i tore my rotator cuff, i also got up to 350 for 12 reps before RP on incline, im not a very strong bencher either so that was good for me, im a squatter and deadlifter.
