New PR's almost everywhere. Today was one of the best workouts I have ever had since my progression was damn outstanding. I did not sacrifice any form either. +20lbs on barbell rows and decline bench press from last time

I'll be doing the same weight skull crushers since I did not quite meet my rep range since I got too cocky with the other weights.

I had another awesome session today. I have a treat for you guys... a video . My buddy let me borrow his camera, but my idiot-ass messed up the angle for my 335x4 and 230x20. You can't even see me in the 335x4 video, but only half my body for my widowmaker. Oh well. I'll do better next time .

Anyways... I am very happy with that progression. Hopefully I'll get some more fun videos.

Currently weighing in at 177 lbs empty in the morning.

Great job bro!! You were really blasting through those early reps. Made it look like you were doing some Russian dancing instead of 230lb squats. When I do DC I'm going to get you to help me.

Hey Blast - nice to see someone working with DC! You had some great movement on weight this week. I start my third blast on Monday - just finishing up my third active recovery this evening.

Thanks a lot man! Those early reps were easy, but at around the 10th rep I already feel like quitting. I recently started listening to music during those just because without someone screaming in my ears I have endless thoughts of "I can't do this, just do it next time," lol.

Next goal: 315x20 It took me like 7 months or so starting at 135lbs for my widowmaker to get to here. Hopefully I'll be able to get there within a year.

I'll be glad to help with anything, just let me know .

Thanks. Actually, I have a log over the old fogy section (over 30)... also, I've decided to enter the IMPC and will journal for that as well.
