Hamstrings:Lying Leg Curl(Setting Baseline) 145 x 12, 6, 4 rp Quads: Front Squats(Setting Baseline) 180 x 10 110 x 20 Extreme stretching followed each exercise. Thoughts My front squats are goin' up . Got a nasty headache on after finishing my front squats. Tip: don't hold your breath on the last 3 reps of a widowmaker when those reps take like 30 seconds to complete. |
