No problem bro....

The instructions for taking it suggest that you don't take Flax, or fish oils, (natural anti inflamatories) or any anti inflamatory meds. This leads me to believe the effects depend on swelling. I have read a lot of people complaining about knee pain, as well as other joints... elbows, wrists.. etc...

random quotes from logs

"I just finished another x-factor cycle. This time I used the full dose. I had to stop use of it on week 4. I gained 4 pounds during the cycle but experenced excessive pain in my shoulder (as well as mild pain in other joints)while doing high pulls. I am not totally blamming the x-factor but to others watch your joints for unnormal pain and stop the workout if you experence any while on x-factor. Since I stopped x-factor my acne went down a good amount but the shoulder still hurts."

"How quickly is it possible to start noticing effects of X Factor working...because I just recently started X Factor and I'm only a few days into the cycle and I'm already feeling some pretty intense DOMS and joint pain(mainly in my wrist so far). Is it possible for XFactor to kick in this quick? or is a placebo effect?"

im not totally sure about how long it takes to notice the effects, but i do have some wrist issues, which i have never had before, i was doing upright rows yesterday and damn my wrist felt like they were brittle and going to break, so if your experiencing that already then shit i feel sorry for ya bro!!! Im still getting sore as hell but not as bad as when i first started.

those were quotes from people logs... not my own experience... I was just giving you some examples of what I read to make me think it might be the X-factor causing your joint pain..

the only supps I take are multi, whey, vitamin C, Vitamin B complex, Kre-alkyln, and good old chicken breasts...lol

I would suggest you try some Hyaluronic Acid product for your joints.
