declines on smith machine - 405 x 12RP
skull crushers - 175 x 11RP
side lateralls - 50lb db's x 22RP
hammerstrength pulldowns - 315x 15RP
deadlifts - 495 x 10, 585 x 3... wow going to take a while to build my deads back up where they were

diet was about the same today as i pretty much eat the same shit everyday.
started taking xfactor today (1st day) so we will see how that works. will hit cardio in the morning.. no cardio this morning actually today was the first day i havn't done cardio.. morning weight is now back down to 206 finally after my drinking binge last friday night.

Awesome lifts man. I can only dream...

I agree with Jayhawkk and DF that if you're having joint pain, cissus is the shit. I used to have elbow problems pretty bad that would force some time off every 6-8 weeks. Since starting cissus almost a year ago, I haven't had a twinge of tendonitis or joint pain. It is one of the few supps out there that absolutely works just as described, no exaggeration or bs. I only take 1 gram/day and it does the trick.

a few people have ask me to do that, but damn everybody and their brother are putting lifting clips on youtube! its something i will consider, where are you from (state) maybe i will take a road trip and come do it in person...LOL so we can get a workout in together!! id perfer that!

bench press - 355x14RP
close grip bench smith machine - 325x16RP
barbell shoulder press - 250x11RP
bent rows - 335x10, 335x8
pullups - bw+35lbs x 12RP

great workout today, everything is up a lil, i was suprised that i jumped that much on bent rows but it was 2 hard ass sets.

morning weight was about 208 this morning, but I ate a lot this weekend and partied just a tad saturday night at my wifes Christmas party...LOL
but i did do cardio saturday morning and then again this morning.
