hes kind of an inspiration to me coz of his height... we're both real goddamn short... i m 5'5 :o

n plus his physique is frankly brilliant, just look at those arms and quads

also not to mention, really symmetic (yea yea prolly not as much as someone like Shawn Ray, but he still kicks ass!)

True, he has indeed packed on a lot of carefully placed mass onto his naturally small bone structure. What I like about him is his forearm size created a look to his arms...I don't really know what to call it but they look much more even and fuller, compared to normal bodybuilders arms who look extremely lopsided due to the concentration of mass on the upper arms with less on the lower arms.

I should add (as is well known), its incredible how much different he looks in his off season.

I have no idea how big his arms are in that pic, but if his biceps are 23 inches that would make his arms like 69 inches since triceps make up about 2/3 of the upper arm.
