THis is from the markus ruhl seminar in Germany within the last few days. Ronnie Rockel guest posed with an older gentlemen 4 weeks out from the Australian Pro.... I do believe he has a great chance in winning the whole thing. Olympian judges can't overlook him this year!

Rockel is looking amazing! That's for sure.
If he can keep that stomach tight, he'll do very well indeed.

Yep, last time I deciphered what he said on his website (he does some columns in english, a lot more in german) he hasn't been training for sometime because he opened a new gym and he has been busy. He says he will be doing some late shows this year to get qualified.. I just hope he doesn't take it lightly because with some new pros out, it is never an easy top 3 or so placing. Ruhl is still one of my top bodybuilders, but he needs to work on somethings. He was bigger than a house though.

Eric was pretty impressive. Amazing how he has added 60 lbs of muscle to his frame in about 3 years... and about 30 lbs since earning his Pro Card!

He was competing as a Lightweight in the NPC a year or so before turning Pro as a Middleweight!

Definitely apparently that old guy is famous or something, because he is signing autographs at the end..

Thanks, I loved that pose when I saw him do it. His chest, shoulders, abs, and arms are rediculous in that picture.

He is nuts, I can't believe he has added so much quality mass in such little time.

I think Rockel looks great, if I was to be really picky, which I am going to be..lol his upper inner back (Traps, rhomboids) do not look too impressive compared to the rest of him.. It could be because he is not totaly dry, or the lighting, but it looks that way in the video...

Rockel does look great, but if I didn't know better I'd say that Markus looks like a fat slob.

I love Ruhl, not only is he (from what I saw in the video) a genuinely nice guy, he's bigger than a silverback gorilla. I don't care if he's not symmetrical etc... He's HUGE!
