What pro shows are you all planning on going too?

Is there any pro shows that are coming up that you are planning on going too?

If so, we will start a thread about helping each other with hotels, accomedations, what is in the area, etc...

I am from Huntington West Virginia, I am planning on going to the charlotte pro show, and the arnold classic next year... anyone planning on traveling to charlotte?

I've never been to a pro show. I don't think they've ever had one in Colorado. The pro shows are usually in the same locations every year.

yeah, i live in west virgnia, we will never have one, but the arnold is about 3 hours away, and charlotte is about 4.5 hours away....

Hey Everyone!!

If you are interested in going to a Pro show this year, come out to Arlington, TX for the Europa Super Show September 16th-17th.

Not only will it feature Men's and Women's Pro Bodybuilding, Fitness, and Figure, but there will also be Strongman, Powerlifting, and many other events, similar to the Arnold Classic.

In addition, it will have a big Expo, similar to but smaller than the Arnold.

Finally, and most of all, your fellow forum Member Kendra Elias will be competing there!

She'd love to see an IronMass contingent of fans out to cheer her on!

The Dallas/Arlington area is pretty central to everyone, so I bet some of you could make it. We could have an IronMass evening out while we're there.

Anyway...... it should be a fun time and we'll be there for sure. So, come to the show if you can!

awesome man, i would love to go, but with the financial situation of being a student, and working full time, it looks as if my beach reservations have won over the comp, now if only i could talk my girlfriend into it... heh...

Found out this week that we'll definitely be at the Arnold.
I know Trick D is going too.

Hopefully we'll see some more of the IronMass crew there!

the pig out has slowed down now, Im holding at about 210-213lbs and slowly getting stronger, I did deadlifts for the first time thursday since about 4 weeks out from my show, and I managed to get 585 up for 5 reps, so the strenght is slowly starting to come back.

Yeah me and the lady will be there for sure, and some more of my friends, but I am not 100% sure. Last year we snuck 6 people into 1 room hotel to save money. Taxes killed me this year, so I wasn't in the situation I wanted to be in. But this year will be great coming up. We will all go out to a bar and celebrate afterwards, (well just dance, i have cut out my alcohol intake).

I think I am either going to the cleveland show if it is still happeneing or the charlotte pro show. Depending on school and how things are down here.

I would love to go to the Arnold as well. But it's in the middle of tax season, so I'll have to lie my butt off to get out of the office. Hmmmm, 4 months to think up a decent excuse.

Have you attended before? What airport did you use? Columbus (CMH) or Chicago-Midway (MDW)?

I'm on IFlySWA right now and it shows my return flight leaving Columbus at 11:15 and getting to Chicago at 11:20. :confused2

Yes, but we drove last year.

Columbus is on Eastern Time and Chicago is Central time, so your flight time is actually about 1 hour.
