Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | I've been watching Ronnie Coleman in The Relentless & he doesn't weigh his food at all. That plus the fact he has his food topped with massive amounts of sauce. I would have thought that the World's no 1 bodybuilder would weigh his food to a 'T'. For example, he goes to a restaurant & just orders some food and when it arrives there's loads of sauce etc on it and it hasn't even been weighed out. HK |

| Pro Stature | I'm currently watching that, and I too was surprised by it. Maybe now that he lost to Jay in Olympia this past year that will be one thing he'll focus on more

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | Did you see the part where he was making his burgers? Damn, the amount of BBQ sauce he put on them and his chicken was shocking. And the bit where he was taking all of the tomatoes out of his rice and dumping it on the table, WTF Ronnie! HK |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 214 | When you're eating like 7-8k calories a day, some BBQ sauce probably doesn't mean a whole hell of a lot. ![]()

| Pro Stature | Maybe he took winning Olympia for granted? No offense to him, but after winning it so many times in a row maybe he "let his guard down", and it ended up costing him. But I mean yeah...I saw some of that and just thought "Holy shit Ronnie"

Some people say it's because of corrupt judges, some say it was down to his stomach again, etc. HK | |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 214 | Most likely. I'm sure he has a lot of wiggle room since the significance of 100 calories in his diet is way less than it is to someone eating 3k calories a day, but I don't know that you can really get into Olympia-ready shape without weighing your food.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 32 | I was thynkin' bout thys thread for no reason... I just had to pitch in that - I thynk Ronnie lost the Olympia because of his left lat size discrepancy... not because he didn't weigh is food... With that being said.. - Yep, I do weigh my food ... I'm dayum near paranoid about it.. ![]() Peace..~G

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 54 | Sorry to take this off-topic, but I haven't seen Relentless yet. Is it as boring as Cost of Redemption? (training aside) I don't want to shell out £25 and have to spend half the DVD watching Ronnie sat there eating silently. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 7 | If you look back to his original DVD he wasn't weighing his chicken that he was eating with BBQ sauce back then either...he probably can eyeball it at this point. |
