Our very own B-Boy took second in the light heavies. Congrats. The overall winner was Phil Heath. He is a beast. More info very soon. Just don't have the time =).

A good friend of Kendra and myself, and fellow Oklahoman, Shannon Young took 1st in the Middleweight Class and the Overall Women's Bodybuilding title.

Another good friend, Michele Neil, our OK Overall winner, took 4th in the Women's Light Heavyweight class.

Our Oklahoma Bantamweight champion, Stan Cruell, took 4th in the Men's Bantam class.

Our Fitness 2nd place competitor at the NPC Oklahoma, Breean Loepp, took 3rd in the Fitness Short Class, and our VERY good friend Heidi Fletcher took 2nd.

Also, Mr. Oklahoma 2003, Brandon Chiles, took 6th in the Heavyweight Class.

Pretty good showing for Oklahoma, and congrats to IronMass' B-boy!

OK is kicking butt!

In 2004 we had:

4 new IFBB Pros

8 Top 5 Finishers at the Jr. Nats, USA's, and Nationals

3 Over All Winners at the USA's and Nationals!

And that's not even close to the number of competitors we had break into the top 15 at the National Level shows.

- and we have a bunch more set to hit the National level stage in 2005.

All this from a state with only two major cities!

We're blessed to get know and share experiences with a lot of great competitors here.

What am I kidding, west virginia's biggest city has 60,000 people...

Haha... well, I guess it is all relative. Both of our "major" cities are small compared to other states.

The metro population for Tulsa is about 800,000 and the metro population for Oklahoma City is just over 1,000,000

The rest of the state consists of the the two college towns of Norman ( OU ) and Stillwater ( OSU ) and a bunch of very small rural cities scattered out over the rest of the state.

Anyway you look at it, we aren't a big state. 1/3 of the states population in in OK City.

thanks bro, team troponin did well at juniors this year chris Perticari (2nd heavyweight class) Darin Dudash (5th heavyweight class, and got 8th light heavy's last year) Me Brad Davis (2nd light-heavies). we had some females that did extremely well also, I just can't remember everyones name... in fitness, bodybuilding and figure
