wow Ruhl looked very very good at this show. IMO he was in better shape than Ronnie. From the pics it looks like he did a great job controlling his gut, which James appears to have struggled with.

Jay looked good again, Ronnie is still asymmetrical like whoa and has sagging man-boob/pecs.

On page 2 or 3 of the pics there is a shot of Ronnie Rockel next to the top 4 placing guys...check out his freakin wheels, they're as big as Jay's or Ronnies. Unreal.

the total prize money was $22,000 for this show.. the winner gets $10,000 of it...

I am sure Ronnie would like some redemtion this year, but I don't think he will get it with his injuries...
