I am not saying none of them do barbell squats, but a lot of them don't.

The ones that don't do them, don't for a few reasons.

one of them is that for some, squats can increase waist size. This is usualy true for some who's obliques build easily..for pros who are chemicaly enhanced, this can be a problem... but not for all...

Some feel that the risk of injury is to high.

Some feel machines target specific muscles better.

others are just lazy..lol

This is what I've had to do. I still squat, I just only hit legs once a week and everything else twice, because they exploded when I did them twice a week.
