He has a video that you can watch on him training arms and supersets on bb.com pretty informative and doesn't plug everything. You get to see him workout as he talks to you. He has some serious guns still for an older man. Atleast 20 inches still. Very knowledgable, and had a hell of a body back in the day. Ripped to shreads.
