Best arms in history

We want total arm developement here. So Although I believe ruhl May have the best biceps ever, his triceps are lagging, which means he can't be in consideration unless you like his triceps.

My top 3 in history (no particular order)

1. Darrem Charles- THis one will suprise you, but most pros respect him more than anything for his bicep peak, his massive shoulders, and his huge and ripped triceps, definitely deserves to be in the top 3 in my book. Here is a good pic of him. http://www.getbig.com/pics/ironman/2.../charles05.jpg

2. Arnold- Some of the best biceps and triceps in history, think how big he would be if his prime was in 2005? He would probably weigh somewhere around 300 pounds and something like 24 inch arms! Or more... http://www.robertuniverse.com/davidg...20relaxed4.jpg

3. Lee Priest- Just wow, biceps and triceps are freaking huge. His height and small stature makes his arms look a hell of a lot bigger. I'll agree that Darrem Charles has some kickass triceps. People don't think of him in that context so much because he's not a mass monster, but take a look at them......they're perfect. Another guy I'll put out there is Bill Pearl. He's an old-schooler, but take a look at his side-tri pose.....it's a thing of beauty

Biceps I'd have to give to either Arnold or Lee Priest, no real surprise there. Mike Matarrazzo deserves mention here as well.

Forearms I'm giving to Sergio Oliva. People always talk about how huge his back is, but whenever I see a picture of him, it's those fore's that leap out of me. Simply unbelievable.

For total package.......hmmm......I kind of want to go with Priest, but since his height kind of gives him an advantage in terms of bulking the arms up, I'm going to go with Arnold. He truly had it all.

Sergio is definitely on my honorable mention list. Actually I was going to put him over arnold but changed my mind at the last second. Sergio had one of the best bodies ever.

If you want to talk just biceps, gotta put the freak ruhl in there. They are nuts!
