johnnie jacksons the man, dudes just got thick slabs of muscle. suprised melvin placed so low. from the pics at flex looks like cormier isnt anywhere close to 100%... and whats the deal with troy alves? dudes got to figure something out, he's got a great shape but cant seem to dial in everytime he adds a little mass.

definitely i've been sayin that for years now... hes got tons of potential but he just always ends up screwin himself over.

I think at this point he's got good size for his frame, he doesnt need to focus on adding more size anymore, just dialing in a bit..... when he's on his back is incredible, when he's off it loses half of its definition.
