Anyone hear about the Shawn Ray Pro/Am in Colorado?

I was reading flex today (I hate the magazine but oh well...) but they were talking about how Phil Heath may make his pro debut at the shawn ray pro am in Colorado. I haven't heard anything about it, and that could be an interesting show for people out west.

If anyone knows anything about it, don't be afraid to speak up. Could be a cool show.

It wasn't on the official IFBB schedule that we got in the mail, but that's not that unusual.

I'm hoping they will have Fitness, because it will give at least one more Olympia Qualifier. Right now, there are only 4 Pro Fitness shows on the schedule that all IFBB Pro's can enter, and one of them might actually be after the Olympia ( Sacramento Pro was in late Oct. this year ).

There are currently no IFBB Pro Fitness shows between the New York Pro Fitness in March, and the Europa SuperShow in September.

It will be nice to have another IFBB show in this part of the country!

Yeah defintely and Denver could use a pro show. Phi Heath is from that area and could bring a lot of exposure to bodybuilding in the mountain area. It would be great to have another fitness competiton.

Yeah, I heard Shawn Ray talk about it many times in the Pro Bodybuilding Weekly and I think at the Mr Olympia.

I think NPC CO Chairman Jeff Taylor is in on this too. If that's the case, it may be a good show. He's not only a really cool guy, but puts on great events.
