Default ZMA for women

Does anyone know any females who have taken ZMA at lower dosages with good results? I did a search here and nothing came up matching zma.

I do know some women who have used it.

The results are nothing spectacular, but ZMA is inexpensive. It isn't going to hurt a woman to use it, and you may see some positive results.

It's especially helpful at inducing a deep and restful sleep, although you are likely to experience very vivid dreams when using it. I personally use it and like this aspect of it very much.

If you are interested in this type of supplement, you would probably see better results with a product like DHEA or with Get Diesel's Formula H.T. for women.

Oh the deep sleep part intrigues me as I have a hard time sleeping and melatonin does not do much for me and I refuse to take scripts. I will read up on the other 2 as well and then decide what to do. Vivid dreams, I hope they are not scary!

I need deep sleep like crazy! I am on Tylenol PM + X-Factor(ouch).
Do you gain resistance on ZMA?
What about custom made ones(GAY-N-C sells zma with 100mg of magnesium LOL)
Does it help you fall asleep?

ZMA is great for staying asleep, but you will have dreams compairable to taking shrooms. They are some nasty dreams!

Note,

DHEA and Formula H.T. have more of the hormonal effects that ZMA is also reported to have. Neither of these two supplements do anything in particular for sleep, and Formula H.T. actually gives energy so it should be taken during the day.

I truly haven't seen much of the reported hormonal effects from ZMA, but I can certainly attest to the sleep benefits, and the increased dreaming.

I take ZMA every night for the sleep and dream effects and I like it VERY much. It really doesn't do much to help you fall asleep, it just helps you sleep deeper.

I like it, and would never recommend Tylenol PM.

I have been taking ZMA for the past few months... I love the sleep it gives me... nothing else will get me to fall asleep and stay asleep like this stuff does. Best part is, it's all natural minerals... no drugs.

It's especially good if you have a hard time getting a full 8 hours of sleep per night, which is essential to making great gains!!
