Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | You could also try to implement some During Workout nutrition, mixing your creatine with some BCAAs and sipping whilst lifting, and keeping your whey on its own for Post Workout nutrition. I find sipping on some Gatorade during a workout helps me with intensity, as you are supplying your body with immediate glycogen to replenish glycolytic stores which are being depleted during exercise. Give it a go, I find it helps me with intensity, endurance. Also, there is not really a risk of adipose storage this way. |

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | studies show creatine doesn't take effect for i believe 30-40minutes after consumption, hence why u take it 30mins preworkout (if u gotta take it preworkout) and postworkout.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 222 | You could get some ON vanilla...I've used it with pretty much all the flavors of Gatorade and it tastes just fine. Mulletsoldier makes a great point about getting some BCAA's, carbs, and creatine during your workout. Products like SizeOn provide creatine gluconate, Scivation Xtend is a great BCAA supp, and vanilla whey protein mixes REALLY well with watermelon Xtend...makes it taste like strawberries. ![]()

![]() Unfortunately, no muscle cell biopsy studies on human patients, at least to my knowledge, have been conducted on CEE as opposed to Mono. However, the biology of its creation leads me, and most others, to feel that CEE is a far more cell permeable form of Creatine because it does not need to utilize Mono's transport molecules because the transport system is inherent. Basically what I am trying to say is, if you like Mono, and feel you still have to take it 30 minutes Pre-Workout before it takes affect then do. I will not lose sleep either way, lol, just presenting you with an explanation on what I feel is an accepted view within the community. Kay kay? Kay kay. | |
