Are You A Supp Whore?

I started thinking about it and came to the conclusion that I'm a supplement whore. It just seems like I HAVE to be taking one supplement or another.........if not 15 at a time. And when I get low and realize that I don't have enough money to buy what I want, I get major anxiety! WTF?

Anybody else like that?

my bottle of Creatine is three weeks away from being done!

I'm only on protein and EFAs. I have to remind myself to take a multi-vitamin on a regular basis. I've decided that I'm a creatine non-responder. It's cheaper this way.

Have you tried CEE yet. Bulk nutrition's CEE is awesome. I love the stuff. Regular mono did shite for me, but their CEE is the real deal.

No. Every time i stick a pill in my mouth i want to spit it out. Taking a multivitamin (3tabs morning 3tabs evening) makes me drink a couple of litres of water

I put my creatine in my PWO shake because im too lazy to take them any other time
And i take my whey shakes because they taste great

Not me. I only take supps because I have my diet down to a T and I'm looking for that extra edge that supps give me.

Right now I'm taking CEE, whey protein, multi, green tea extract, fish oil, and sesathin. I view them as that little extra that gives me a slight edge in my training.

You need to read the thread called somehthing like what Bill doesn't want you to know. PA criticized his testing methods bigtime. As far as I'm concenred, if it dissolves instantly, tastes like crap, and gives you results it has to be CEE. I get mind from Custom Nutrition Warehouse.

IMO bulk is the way to go, but I wouldn't buy Higher Power after that whole fiasco.

Yup. I wish I had bought 1000g instead of 500. I split the 500 with my buddy and now what I had is almost gone!
