I just blew $158.90 on protein. I was a supp ho, now that my buddy is no longer working for GNC, I don't use that much. All I use now is BSN Cell Mass, All The Whey orange isolate, CEE from All The Whey, Animal Pak, AST multi 32X and once the Cell Tech is gone I'll be going to plain dextrose. I got 35 lbs free so I'll be using it up. I'll also be switching to fish oils as well this week.

Damn dude, the only time I go into a GNC is if I need a quick protein fix like an RTD.. Other than that, I make fun of the fat bastard tryin to tell ME how to get ripped for the summer..

Such nerve, I weigh 203lbs under 8%bf with visible abs, this dick can't see his knees and he's got all the advice..

He's anything but fat, but I know what you mean.If it isn't some paper chested, 12" biceped kid, it's FAT BASTARD giving advice. Like I said, he gets all kinds of goodies and passes them on to me if it's something he doesn't use or gets too much of. I wouldn't buy shit from GNC after the stunt they pulled with the women's Olympia. F-them, let them eat dirt!!

The only people who buy at GNC are those who don't care about the price they are paying for their supps. I don't know how that damn company stays in business anymore with all of the much cheaper on line stores.
