Default Xtend vs. Focus XT

Which of these would you all suggest is best for promoting muscular endurance/mental focus? My workouts just became WAY more intense...

I hear great things about both products, but I'm kind of leaning towards Xtend, as it is caffeine free. I have an extremely high caffeine tolerance... 2 caps of Venom Hyperdrive doesn't do much for my energy levels just to put it into perspective.

These are two different kinds of product. Take them both!

Focus XT doesn't have BCAAs or Citrulline Malate and Xtend doesn't have what XT has. I would use Xtend first, if money was an issue.

Xtend boosted with Bulk BCAAs is very cost effective and pretty much a staple.

How much bulk BCAA do you add to a tub of Xtend? What bulk BCAA product do you usually use?

Xtend is pretty much universally praised. I know it certainly help with my overall muscle gain. Miss it now that I don't have it.

Focus and enduracne I liked Focus XT better which is what the product is for. Xtend is more for recovery IMO and honestly you could take both cause both are different. But for focus and endurance Focus XT worked better

Default Re: Xtend vs. Focus XT

Its really hard to compare the two products because they are for different things and I use them both pre workout.

Xtend is basic BCAA's plus Citrulline Malate which is going to help with your endurance during training and also your recovery. BCAA's by one brand or another have been a staple for me for years.

Focus XT helps me focus more on my workouts versus what else I have going through my head and I feel I workout much more productively after taking it. Thats where I need the biggest help is concentrating when I get in there. You can find Focus extremely cheap if you look around.

As far as the caffeine, my tolerance for caffeine is so high that I dont even consider that in my choice process; its the other ingredients in Focus that I am buying it for.
