Default X-factor questions

Whats the deal with the directions that say avoiding non-steroid meds, fish oil, omega 3 etc????? IS that what is really in it and if you did continue taking it you would have to thin of blood? I just dont understand. But I am curious to maybe try the product at some point but Im not happy about giving up fish oil, and Evening Primrose Oil is prolly out too. Anyone understand the reasoning behind this?

Arachadonic Acid (AA), the active ingredient in X-Factor is an Essential Fatty Acid.

To put it simply,

Other EFA's compete for uptake with AA, so you limit their intake while on an X-Factor cycle to make sure you are able to absorb and store the maximum amount of AA in your muscle tissue.

It's simply a matter of making sure the maximum amount of the product is assimilated into the body during your cycle.

The worst thing that would happen if you took other EFA's during your cycle is that you would waste the X-Factor. There are no negative effects from using other EFA's, you simply won't get the full results.

I did a 50 day cycle and wasn't all that impressed. But, I was asked to test it while cutting so I was in a calorie deficit.
