Default x factor question

I know you are not suppose to take omega fatty acids with it, but I was just wondering if egg yolks are ok? I didn't really think they had much if any omega 3 besides the organic eggs, but on the carton I have it says high in omega 3. So if someone could help me out with that it was be cool. :yes:

Thanks in advance,
Jake

Not all eggs are high in omega 3, just certain "designer" organic eggs. If you can buy standard eggs from the grocery store, that don't say "high in omega 3" those are fine. Normal eggs are high in omega 6 and low in omega 3. I've never heard of eggs being off of the list with X factor. It seems that omega 3 is the main EFA that needs to be minimized while on the XF.

Eggs are actually good while using X-Factor. The yolks contain arachidonic acid.

Why spend a lot of good money on X-Factor then, I say.

You'd probably have to eat 60 eggs to get 1000mg of AA.

One large egg yolk is 18 grams
8oz = 226.796185 grams

13 raw eggs yolks is approximately 1000 mg.

Yep. And that's RAW. Cooking it will reduce AA content by ~30%.

Seems like a great deal. But go ahead and try to eat 13 raw egg yolks everyday. Not many people will be able to.
