| Pro Stature | I know you are not suppose to take omega fatty acids with it, but I was just wondering if egg yolks are ok? I didn't really think they had much if any omega 3 besides the organic eggs, but on the carton I have it says high in omega 3. So if someone could help me out with that it was be cool. Thanks in advance, Jake |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | ^^^^ Yep. And that's RAW. Cooking it will reduce AA content by ~30%. Seems like a great deal. But go ahead and try to eat 13 raw egg yolks everyday. Not many people will be able to.
