Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | ok i'm new so i'm not sure if someone else has already posted this so bare with me. ok so i need to up my calories. Thats no problem. But this "no fat" is confusing me. From what i'm getting no nuts/peanut butter and low omega 3's. But i read in another thread to drink whole milk and eat non lean meat. If you've tried this product and have any clue what i'm getting at, help me out. :fingersxd also should i take it on an empty stomach, and should i up my water intake? I will be using it with creatine mono and multi (since X is going to cost a lot) After the 50 days i will be going back to Nitrix Cem3 I just want to make sure i'm doing everything perfect to get the best results. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 73 | you want to avoid food high in Omega 3 fats which includes fish/flax/peanut butter and such. other fats from cheese and milk (dairy mostly) are good to take and its where you can get a lot of protein from. always up your water intake, especially with this. i might not even suggest the creatine, X-F should be tried on its own without anything else to see the right results. there is an awesome thread in the molecular nutrition forum that deals directly with x-factor questions. the MN guys are awesome and will answer all your questions. i think i got everything, let me know if not.

Everything else is fair game. But PB and fatty fish should be limited (don't go eating a tub of pb a day or salmon every meal.) My advice is just keep your calories high. But eat clean!! I would recommend 30%f/40%p/30%c. I think that Creatine will be fine with X-F. Supplementing with magnesium will also combat common sides. Don't forget your multi! ![]() | |

| Amateur | so far what ive been doing on my xfactor cycle (still on my first bottle) is low carb, 0 omega-3,milk, meat with every meal, and tons of water. you really wanna drink alot of water. i went low carb bc im testing to see if it really will help you lose fat weight and it does. ive gone from 207 to 190 in just 2 weeks. also im pretty sure on the bottle it says do not take creatine with it.

| Amateur | They have changed there stance on PB. It's X-Factor okay since it contains no omega 3. |
