| Pro Stature | i would say 1 with 1st meal 2 pre wo and 1 before bed. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 73 | i always take stuff upon waking, pre/post workout, and before bed. those i feel are the most important times to get the nutrients and supps.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 31 | Typically it's taken with meals, 2 pre-workout the others spread over the day. I know it gives a few people sleep issues so I'd recommend avoid a pre-bed dose unless you know it dosn't effect you- this seems to help with any sleep issues for many.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | It really doesn't matter when you take it, just so long as you spread the doses out and take them with food. It's not one of those things that hits you as soon as it's absorbed. It has to build up first and then the effects are progressively steady. Although some people prefer to take it earlier in the day because it can increase alertness and sometimes that interferes with sleep.
