Just a heads up. World News Tonight on ABC is running a 5 day special on vitamins/ nutritional supplements.

Tonights installment was about the dangers of megadosing vitamins.

Tonights installment was pretty stupid. The 17 year old football player was taking Cell Tech and I swear I saw a fizogen strap in the mix too.

make's you wonder if some of these do more harm than good, especially if you already have a well rounded diet.

Only mentions Vitamin A and Iron. I highly doubt there's many bodybuilders high dosing those. Vitamin C overdose? Cramping and diahrea at worst, I've never had any though.
