Default WMS

Just got some waxy maize starch from optimum nutrition. I'll let yall know how it goes. It's going to be a BIG part of my prep for nationals. Apparently it's IDEAL for carb cycling due to it's ability to load the SHIT out of you.

yea dj wm will load the shit out of you! just test it out once or twice so you can see how your stomach reacts, i loaded with wm for nationals in 2006 and it tore my stomach up and gave me really bad gas, art atwood said i used inferior wm and to try a different company, i didn't use optimumnutrition then i used another company's.

Not trying to hi-jack your thread.. but didnt see it nessecary to waste space by making my own.. what do you guys think of the profile of this?

Fit-Mass Nutrition || Product Details || Revolution, Waxy Maize Complex, 5lb, Orange Blast

Im not promoting the website in any way... only place i could find it ( prolly cuz thats where i bought it from... its canadian...)

Lemmie know what you guys think.. and the price is wrong.. i only paid 39.99 for it.
