I've never had a protein shake, but I just ordered anabolic innovations samples of choc/peanut butter, cookies n cream, and vanilla.

If it's anything like slimfast, it'll be good.

I really loved AI's chocolate banana split but it had lactose so me belly didn't like it.

So I bought a Champion banana pure whey and mix it half/half with the chocolate I already have. YUMMY!!

most of ONs flavors, dymatize choc and vanilla are also good. those are really the only two ive tried. im a one protein kinda man.

I wasn't too impressed with the cookies 'n' cream, but I liked the vanilla and choco/peamut butter.

I got some vanilla protein powder from Target the other day because I was out, it kinda sucks.
