Default What supplements does everyone currently take?

I thought it would be interesting to see what supplements everyone is taking right now. My current stack is:

Xtend
Substance WPI
GlutaForm (15 grams during workout and 10 grams before bed)
NeuroStim (1 serving pre-workout)
Noxidant (3 caps post workout)
ALA (200 mg pre and post workout, 200 mg before bed)
NAC (500 mg post-workout and 500 mg before bed)
Fish Oil (6 grams/day)
Elastamine
Sann's V12 + Syntrax's Swole V2 (I've had some half full bottles for forever, so I figured I'd use them up~ 1 scoop of each pre-workout)

I think that is it. :fruity:

Omega Thunder preworkout
Optimum 100% Whey
TKE Joint Boost
Primaforce Lean Green
MAN Scorch
AAKG/DiArginine malate/Citrulline malate preworkout
Scivation Xtend
AST Multi
Fish oil

My bottle of Thunder is almost done...its so great that I'm hesitant to try anything else lol. The AAKG/DAM/CM mixture is just a huge tub of bulk powders that I mixed myself...awesome pumps for not much money. I just started taking Xtend, so I'm not sure how well it works for me.

Currently in my last week of contest prep.

Here's my daily regimen:

Molecular Nutrition X- Factor - 750 mg daily ( 1 cap 3 times daily )

3X Daily - Fat Burning Stack

Avant Labs Phenogen
Legal Gear LipoAssasin SF
Legal Gear LipoXene EF
Designer Supps Lean Extreme ( 7OH )
Syntrax Guggul
7 Keto
25 Mg Ephedrine HCL
325 mg Aspirin

Also:

CEE + NO2 - Twice Daily

Avant Labs - Sesathin - 1.25 mg daily

Dymatize Elite Whey Protein - 4 Scoops Daily

Multi Vitamin / Mineral / Anti-Oxident

During the last two weeks of my prep I have also been using
Gapari's Nolvedex XT to help with hardness and reduce any estrogen induced water retention

I think that's it!

haha...

Yeah... I feel like Beavis when he was "The Great Cornholio" for about 30 mins after each dose..

It works though!

Derek, how do you like the Glutaform? I've been looking for a good glutamine supp, but I'm worried about getting good oral absorbtion. I've read such differing opinions about the usefulness of Glutamine orally. I've never really noticed any difference when taking other oral glutamine supps. I haven't been able to make up my mind if they are worth buying.

Every doctor in the sports nutrition field that I have talked to LOVES glutamine. Studies show that taking glutamine orally does increase plasma glutamine levels. One of the reasons glutamine has "poor bioavailability" is because the cells of the gut and immune system use glutamine as a fuel, so they take what they need and the rest is passed on.

I think glutamine is particularly useful while cutting (decreased carbs) because it causes liver cells to increase in size (volumization), which sends a "fed" signal and leads to a decrease in protein breakdown and an increase in protein synthesis. Considering a kilo of glutaform is like $30 I think it is worth it.

My current favorite supplements are BCAA, Glutamine, Creatine, and Citrulline Malate. Xtend + takes care of most of that, then I just add additional glutamine where need be and some creatine.
