Default weight gainer/muscle growth

im looking for a good weight gainer/muscle growth enhancer im 6,4 195 like 15% body fat. I have such a high metobolsim so id probably have to intake like 6000 cal a day let me know what you all think

use a momemade one:
2 cups of skim milk
2 tbsp. of natty pb
1 or 2 scoops of chocolate whey protein
1.5 cups oats
1 banana

Man, most of the poeple here aren't caught up in the supplement hype.

Warriors can enlighten you more on this, supplement wise, but for me I'd reccomend peopel get their diet from clean foods and at max 10% of daily calories from supps.

6,000 cal a day from clean foods ain't hard.

400g protein, 650g carbs, ~150g fats.

i go with Sholiz. Only drink a weight gainer if it's for conveinience. otherwise, get some whole foods down.

Only 10% of cals from a supp, I just eat so much tuna, eggs, oatmeal stuff like that and I just cant seem to put on much weight I had a jump from 192 to 195 bit really thats it. Id like to be at 225 230 im 6,4 so I could handle the weight. Ill try the hm shake.

You wanna be 300lbs? eat like you're 300lbs.


Maybe add more fats, carbs, ect. Paly with macro content in your diet, see what works best. Some respond better to pro-fat/pro-carb approach (either or) versus protein (predominantly) diets.

Would doing this be bad some fish oil, wey protein and some dextrose and on work out days add creteine

IMO the best store bought gainer is Cytogainer from Cytosport. It's the best tasting and only has 5g of sugar or u can go with what master of puppets said about the homeade one if ur a little tight on cash or whatever.

Those ingredients in and of themselves are not bad, but a fish oil dextrose combo is not good. Save the fish oils for your meals later in the day, pro/fat meals. You can and should take creatine on training days as well as non training days. Protein/dextrose is great post workout but if you use a shake at another time then skip the dextrose, save that for post workout only. As sholiz said, your main source of protein, carbs, fats should be from whole foods. Most gainer supplements and even homemade gainers tend to focus on high cals coming from fats and simple sugars, not exactly a wise choice. You can easily get enough calories eating clean and eating whole foods.

yes.....i've found my best results from 4-5 full meals a day along with 2 nlarge shakes (for convenience) and 2 46 gram protein shakes. use gainers strictly for meal replacement if time is an issue!
