| Soldier In Progress | Man, most of the poeple here aren't caught up in the supplement hype. Warriors can enlighten you more on this, supplement wise, but for me I'd reccomend peopel get their diet from clean foods and at max 10% of daily calories from supps. 6,000 cal a day from clean foods ain't hard. 400g protein, 650g carbs, ~150g fats.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Only 10% of cals from a supp, I just eat so much tuna, eggs, oatmeal stuff like that and I just cant seem to put on much weight I had a jump from 192 to 195 bit really thats it. Id like to be at 225 230 im 6,4 so I could handle the weight. Ill try the hm shake. Thanks for the input |

| Soldier In Progress | Eat like you wanna be ... You wanna be 300lbs? eat like you're 300lbs. Maybe add more fats, carbs, ect. Paly with macro content in your diet, see what works best. Some respond better to pro-fat/pro-carb approach (either or) versus protein (predominantly) diets.

| Der Leutnant | yes.....i've found my best results from 4-5 full meals a day along with 2 nlarge shakes (for convenience) and 2 46 gram protein shakes. use gainers strictly for meal replacement if time is an issue! |
