Default VPX Redline Tabs?

Hey guys, im new to Ironmass and decided to start off my new weight training regiment by asking if anyone knew anything other than what's been posted on other sites about VPX Redline tabs (maybe some previous experience). I've only started working out again last week and decided I would use the help of supplements this time. Some info about me:6'0" 220 lbs, pretty good physique(besides that damn tire in the middle) diet during most of the week and am about to start taking about 44grams of whey protien a day(besides normal diet) I would appreciate any help on what else to use and what to stay away from. My goals are to lose about 20-30 lbs and gain some extra muscle mass along with some definition.Thanks in advance!
