Water-soluble vitamins, such as Vitamin C and the B vitamins are stored in the body for only a brief period of time and are then excreted by the kidneys. The one exception to this is vitamin B12, which is stored in the liver. (Vitamin B12 has a very low potential for toxicity.) Water-soluble vitamins need to be taken daily.

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) and the B complex group make up the nine water soluble vitamins. The B complex group comprises of vitamins:

B6 (pyridoxine)
B1 (thiamine)
B2 (riboflavin)
B12 (niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, folic acid and cobalamin)

An excess of water soluble vitamins should not result in any side effects as they will disperse in the body fluids and voided in the urine.

Watch yourself with B3 (niacin)... You might get flush and have a tingling/burning sensation with your skin. Start out at a low dose and work your way up and listen to your body.

A no flush version of niacin is available at most vitamin stores. I prefer it.

If it's in pill form I'd break it in half and take a half a dose. You don't need 200mg daily of most of those B's even if it's not toxic your making your kidneys work extra for nothing. 100mg is more then enough.

Correct. Either that or sustained-release version...
