Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 116 | I was at my local Vitamin Shoppe, and as usual, i always head to the sale rack to see if there is anything special. I was at the store to get a simple whey product, and there is was. A canister of REAL Protein by VHT. I was 3 lbs for 20 bucks. Certainly not the cheapest whey, but when I looked at the ingredients, I saw it had casein and NO aspartame. I've been looking to get a complex, so I grabbed it. Here is my review: Does it mix in water? - Better than any protein I've ever used. Taste- Delicious. I got Strawberry Banana. It is very good. Price- not bad for a protein containing a full milk profile. Basically, I decided to make this thread for a reason. I think this is a great product and I'm tired of the same big protein names getting thrown around when there are awsome smaller companies that care a lot more about their products. There are very few proteins around with 0 g chol. It says something about the purity of the product when there is. I recomend this protein. Each serving contains: Calories 140 Total Fat 1g Saturated Fat 0g Cholesterol 20mg Sodium 65mg Potassium Total Carbohydrate 3g Dietary Fiber <1g Sugars 1g Protein 30g Ingredients: Real Protein Powder Blend (whey protein isolate, whey protein concentrate, milk protein concentrate, isolated soy protein), dried fruits, maltodextrin, artificial flavor, lecithin, sucralose, FD&C red 3
