Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Bang for your buck you say?// Creatine is the way to go! i say gnc powder form ($25) teaspoon with water/sport drink (gatorade ect.) before 20mins i say , nd another during work out , drink it portionally not da whole thing , and a good protien shake , you can buy just the powder form($15-$40) doesnt really make a difference how expensive unless you want it to contain twice asmuch of colories which really isn't too necessary after and before you go to sleep to make your muscles blow , or you can get the pack of 6 muscle milk cartons its good and gives the protien to make them muscles big! , good luck on what you decide to do:boink::boink::boink::boink::boink::boink::boink ::boink: I think its funny and what? jaja |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 45 | I'm a big fan of stims and I've tried a ton, but plain EC is the best. I don't take a NO product though because the arginine can cause cold sores.
