Default Value based Energy Supp

In everyone's opinion, what pre-workout/during workout supp do u all recomend for energy as it pertains to price. In other words, whats the best NO supp for cheap?

Bang for your buck you say?// Creatine is the way to go! i say gnc powder form ($25) teaspoon with water/sport drink (gatorade ect.) before 20mins i say , nd another during work out , drink it portionally not da whole thing , and a good protien shake , you can buy just the powder form($15-$40) doesnt really make a difference how expensive unless you want it to contain twice asmuch of colories which really isn't too necessary after and before you go to sleep to make your muscles blow , or you can get the pack of 6 muscle milk cartons its good and gives the protien to make them muscles big! , good luck on what you decide to do:boink::boink::boink::boink::boink::boink::boink ::boink: I think its funny and what? jaja

Honestly I just drink a cup of coffee before I go lift and I'll have a great workout. Caffeine ftw.

I like universal nutritions shock therapy. for straight up energy omega's power jolt is dirt cheap and works great...hard to find though.

I'm a big fan of stims and I've tried a ton, but plain EC is the best.
I don't take a NO product though because the arginine can cause cold sores.
