Default up your mass?

I was wandering if adding mhp's up your mass to my stack would be too much protein at once. I weigh 190 I usually only take in about 25 to 30 grams per meal. This stuff has 49 grams per serving! Would it be good directly after a workout. I'm geting 200 grams a day, but I don't how much per meal is ideal.

Well it's always better to have too much protein then not enough. A rule of thumb is to take 1g/bw. You weigh 190 so you need at least 190g and your getting 200g which is fine but adding another 40-50g a day def. wont hurt.

Remember, for someone training, especially if you are trying to put on mass, 1g per pound of bodyweight is the Minimum. I actually go for about 2g per pound during my mass building phase.

There are plenty of people who neglect protein and what it can do for you.

I used to get about 30-40 grams of protein per meal. I've been upping my protein intake to try and hit 300-400 grams (having a scoop of whey with most meals) and i've been getting around 50-80g of protein per meal.

The funny thing is i'm not as gassy as i thought i would be, but sometimes for whatever reason it does get quite bad.
