Universal Uni-Liver

Anyone have experience with this? I'm going to start taking it, work up to 20-30 tabs a day. Any advice/horror stores/etc. ?

Ive used them but i used Beverly's Ultra 40. IMO that's the best one to go with. A little more expensive but well worth it. Excellent way to add some extra protein to your diet and aminos.

i see it as another product that MIGHT make a very small difference if used for a long period of time. i'd much rather spend my money on food than sampling with expensive supplements with minimal feedback....

There cheap bro. $10 for 500 tablets.

Basically AA supplements, might be cheaper then Xtend. MIGHT not be better...

Liver tabs will gas you up at first, after taking them for 3 months straight the gas was gone.. Didn't notice any difference, really.. They are good for aminos and such, I just think my protein intake was optimal at the time..

when on nothing else other than liver tabs(universal) i can tell a big difference in recovery and muscle fullness. It is one of b-boy's must have supps, if I only had money for a couple of sups....liver tabs would be one, cheap way to get extra amino's and a host of b-vitamins and iron.

Hmm..that's a pretty solid endorsement. I've always been on the fence when it came to LT's. Might have to consider them again...

I'm not sure how well the absorption rate is, but I used Uni-liver for a long time. I didn't notice any difference at all when I stopped taking them. A long time ago I used to take a 3 gram chewable liver tab. It almost made me gag when I started taking them because the taste was so bad. I eventually got used to them. They were about the size of a poker chip. That is why they needed to be chewed.
