Hey what happend to triton health in the sponsors?As soon as I posted my question about their shipping they suddenly disappeared.Anybody else here used them?If you havent DONT!!!!I placed an order on 8/19 and the only thing I got from them was a confirmation from usps that they had been electronically to expect my items but thats it,no anything about actually being shipped.

Anyway I checked with BBB and they have 24 complaints against them in just the past 2 years.Anyway aside from going through BBB any ideas on how to get a refund?Thanks

If you used a credit card then all you have to do is contact that company and tell them what happened and they'll credit the money back to you.

It's likely that Triton won't cough up a dime.

Triton's board was taken down earlier today as they are no longer an Iron Mass sponsor. My suggestion is that you contact them directly. Contact info and order tracking is available on Triton's site. If those attempts fail, contact your credit card company if you used that method of payment.
