Tribulus Sucks!

IMO tribulus is the biggest scam out on the market. If you're looking at it strictly from a sexual enhancement standpoint then the stuff is alright, but anything related to bodybuilding is a reach. I recently was forced to use the stuff for 4 weeks. The only thing I noticed was acne like I was a 13 year old during puberty.

PLEASE do not waste your money!

I'll have to agree..

I was convinced to try it by a buncha guys in the Over 35 section at BB.com ... I stack it with DHEA ... 100 mg's ... I went from 2 a day to 4 a day.. (tribulus) ... I've been on the stuff religiously since 7/2/05 - (gotta love a gym journal!) ... Most of my results came from getting my nutritional intake perfected...

When I saw thys article, I figured that most of the results came from the addition of the andro...

Maybe if I take 20 a day & stack it with Dat Dere Cell-tech??

Agreed. The only thing I got from Trib was heartburn. And its not cheap either.

Eh... for the most part i would agree however when i throw it in with my pct i can notice a difference in my pants quicker than usual

Tribulus (supposedly) works by mimicking the actions of LH, luteinizing hormone from the pituitary. In men this stimulates production of testosterone. In women, LH stimulates production of estrogen.

Seeing as I produce very little LH (I have hypopituitarism), and my testes are not inujured, diseased or shrunken, tribulus should have stepped right in and fired up my production of testosterone. However, it did nothing. Personally I think it's snake oil.
